One Home was founded to solve a problem every house manager and property manager knows: keeping track of maintenance, vendor relationships, property assets, and communication across multiple tools is a mess. Spreadsheets, group texts, email threads, and sticky notes don't scale — and they don't remember.

We built One Home as a single, private platform where everything about a home lives in one place. Managers assign and track tasks, keep vendor contacts and work history, catalog assets and warranties, and store important documents — and One Home builds each home's maintenance plan itself, from nothing more than an address and a two-minute confirmation.
