SMS Notifications

One Home uses SMS text messaging to send transactional notifications to registered users. These messages include task assignments, status updates, completion confirmations, and reminders related to household and property management activity. We do not send marketing messages by SMS.

Message frequency varies based on account activity, typically 1–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not required to use the service.

How opt-in works

SMS notifications are off by default. A user opts in inside their One Home account, under Settings → Profile:

  1. The user enters their own cell phone number.
  2. The user turns on the SMS Reminders toggle (it is disabled until a phone number is provided).
  3. Consent language is shown directly beneath the toggle at the point of opt-in, and the user saves their profile to confirm the change.

How opt-out works

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off SMS Reminders in your account settings. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@1home.app.

We do not use phone numbers for marketing. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
